After taking this training, participants will understand and apply strategies for building relationships and collaborating with families of infants and toddlers; understand and apply social emotional learning practices in their work with infants and toddlers; and reflect on their own implicit biases while working to create anti-biased, anti-racist, and trauma-informed programs supporting infants and toddlers and their families.
Participants are required to attend four 2-hour virtual sessions, and have additional independent work between those virtual sessions.
